Currently Group HR Director at Bluespec Holdings, she held pivotal roles at iX Engineers and Kagiso Tiso Holdings. Expertise includes compliance, change management, and performance management, with skills in HR strategy, union management, payroll, and governance. As a trustee on funds like Bluespec Provident Fund, she ensures governance alignment. On the BVHOA board, she guides in HR management, policy, and strategic alignment, driving community welfare.

Meet Kenneth Mohlala, an distinguished leader with extensive experience in strategic management and business leadership. Currently serving as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson at SACO CFR Group and Executive Chairperson at Khum MK Investments, he was also CEO/MD of City Power Johannesburg SOC. With advanced qualifications in marketing and administration, he offers the BVHOA board exceptional skills in ethical leadership, financial management, and effective communication.

Meet Otsile Bethanie, a seasoned leader with extensive experience in management and IT. As Chairperson of Thatchfield Woods Body Corporate and with roles at BPC Banking Technologies, Huawei Technologies, and Union Pay International, he brings a strong background in project management, strategy, and IT. Academically equipped with a Master of Business Leadership and other qualifications, he offers over a decade of board experience, including significant contributions to the BVHOA’s finance sub-committee.

William Mbembele

Meet William Mbembele, a seasoned professional with over 10 years in the built environment. He holds a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Pretoria and a BSc Honours from the University of the Free State. He has led as Managing Director of an 8GB construction company, a Contracts Manager, and an Infrastructure Director at Blue Valley. With extensive knowledge and leadership to make him a valuable asset to the BVHOA board.

Motupa Ngoepe

Meet Motupa Ngoepe, a leader in security, operations management, and corporate governance. Currently BVHOA’s Security Director, he also directs AIH and manages operations at Machukudu Holdings. They serve as Non-Executive Director at TSIR Project and Maikoko-Hero Construction, and as Site Manager at Lancet Laboratory. Educationally, he holds a Business Management Diploma and pursues a BTECH in Business Administration, with certifications in HR and Safety. With skills including strategic planning, operations management, and security analysis, driving initiatives for BVHOA’s community welfare and property value enhancement.

Dr Moji Mogari

Meet Dr Moji Mogari, an distinguished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and property development. A former CEO and Board Member, Moji currently serves on two NPO boards and consults for a biotech company. His qualifications include MBCHB, BSc (Med)(Hons), CPFA, EDP, an MBA, and Duke’s Directors Course. Moji has practical expertise in property development, having served on the Riverside Park Property Association Board and as a trustee for the Riverside Office Park Body Corporate. His skills in corporate governance and stakeholder management will greatly benefit the BVHOA board.

Meet Tshifhiwa Mukwevho, an experienced infrastructure expert with advanced degrees in Business Management and Project Management. As a certified Professional Construction Project Manager, he’s held key roles, including Director of the Infrastructure Portfolio at Blue Valley Estate. Where he excels in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, bringing innovative and strategic insights to the Blue Valley Homeowners Association (BVHOA) board to enhance community infrastructure.
