Key Responsibilities

Landscaping and Gardens

Designing, maintaining, and enhancing the green spaces, including common gardens, parks, and communal areas to ensure they are attractive, well-kept and pleasant to enjoy by residents and visitors.

Architectural Standards

Overseeing the design and appearance of buildings and structures to ensure they align with the estate’s aesthetic building guidelines and overall estate architectural style.

Decorative Elements

Managing the placement and upkeep of decorative elements such as fountains, statues, benches, and other features that enhance the visual appearance appeal of the estate.

Seasonal and Event Decorations

Organising and managing seasonal decorations such as festive season holiday lights, and decorations for special events to create a festive and inviting atmosphere for residents and visitors.

Common Area Maintenance

Ensuring that common areas, such as entryways, walkways, and communal facilities, are clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

Environmental Initiatives

Promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, such as using native plants in landscaping and implementing green initiatives to enhance the natural beauty of the estate.

Lighting

Managing the design and maintenance of outdoor lighting to ensure it is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the overall ambiance of the estate.
