Developing and implementing effective communications and marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain current residents.
Developing and maintaining the estate’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and overall image.
Developing and managing internal communication channels such as the website, emails, social media platforms, notice boards and newsletters, to keep residents informed about current estate news, events, updates, and important information.
Creating and maintaining the estate’s website, social media presence and events to provide information and engage with the broader external community and potential visitors.
Producing engaging online and print content for various platforms, notices, communiques, newsletter articles, social media updates, promo videos, and promotional materials.
Encouraging resident participation in community activities and initiatives.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders such as local media, businesses, and organisations.
Planning, promoting, and managing events and activities within the estate to enhance residents’ experiences and create an enjoyable family environment.
Planning and executing online and/or print advertising campaigns to promote the estate in various media platforms.
Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise.
