The infrastructure portfolio manages and oversees the general maintenance, development, and improvement of the estate’s physical facilities and amenities on a day-to-day basis. Maintaining the quality of life for residents by ensuring the estate’s facilities and services are continuously safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Roads and Pathways

Ensuring that all internal roads and pathways are well-maintained and safe for use for all residents.

Utilities

Managing and assisting the facilitation of common maintenance for essential utilities such as water, electricity, sewage, and waste management systems with relevant service provider stakeholders.

Buildings and Facilities

Overseeing the upkeep and improvement of common buildings and facilities for the benefit of all residents and visitors to the estate.

Security Infrastructure

Ensuring that all security measures and systems, such as gates, fences, cameras, and security lighting, are functional and effective.

Compliance and Regulations

Ensuring that all infrastructure-related activities comply with local regulations and estate policies.

Liaison with Stakeholders

Working with residents, contractors, service providers, and local authorities to ensure the smooth operation and development of the estate’s infrastructure maintenance.
